The low pressure system formed in the Bay of Bengal is intensifying and moving west-southwest, with a possibility of becoming a cyclone today, according to the Amaravati Meteorological Centre. It has also revealed that heavy rainfall is expected today in Kakinada, Alluru Seetharamaraju, Anakapalli, Prakasam, Sri Potur Sri Ramulu Nellooru, Tirupati, Annamayya, Vysakhadri Kadapa, and Sathya Sai districts of Andhra Pradesh.
