‘Shubham Ajeevika Swad Sangam Restaurant Cafe’ earns 20-25 thousand rupees monthly nearly 25 people got employment

Burhanpur, September 20: Women in the district are setting new examples of self-reliance by joining self-help groups. Khushboo Tiwari from Fatehpur joined a group in 2018 and started her work. Today, she is running the 'Shubham Ajeevika Swad Sangam Restaurant Cafe'. Nearly 300 students and staff have their meals prepared daily at the cafe. Khushboo invested nearly 2 lakh rupees in the business, while the group provided nearly 3 lakh rupees in assistance. Her monthly income from the cafe has now reached 20 to 25 thousand rupees. Other women are also working with her, and nearly 25 people have been provided employment. The women say they are now able to contribute to their family's needs and their children's education with their income. The group has given them self-confidence and economic independence.
