CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke accused the Election Commission of India (ECI) of being controlled by the BJP, following anti-SIR protests in Bengaluru. At a press conference, Dipke stated that the ECI had failed to respond adequately to protests across the country. He questioned the independence of the poll body, asking why the nation should not believe the EC and BJP are the same. Dipke also criticized the judiciary, expressing disappointment with its handling of electoral issues.
