Baitul Municipal Council performed tarpan at Machana River Ghat for 13 unknown people found dead in the last year. This initiative, in line with the thinking of MLA and state BJP president Hemant Khandelwal, offered homage to the unknown deceased and wished for their soul's peace and salvation. The municipal council has said it will try to do such initiatives every year in the future.
